Registered Dental Assistant NEW

We are looking for a dependable and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to support our doctor and care team. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a general dental environment while helping create a positive experience for every patient.

We are looking for someone who communicates well, works confidently as part of a team, and takes pride in providing thoughtful, high-quality patient care.

Required Education:
– TSBDE Registered Dental Assistant

Required Experience:
– Experience working as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
– Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
– Proficiency in using dental office software and technology

Preferred Experience:
– Previous endodontic experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person
– Experience in assisting with root canal procedures
– Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols specific to endodontics

Required Skills and Abilities:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care
– Capability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
– Proficiency in taking dental radiographs and impressions
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
