Job Purpose:
– The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for providing patient-centric and compassionate care while effectively managing financial obstacles through third-party finance companies. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can ensure an exceptional patient experience from the front office, including insurance verification, scheduling, and patient copay collections.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver compassionate care focused on patient needs and satisfaction.
– Overcome financial obstacles by utilizing third-party finance companies to facilitate patient treatment plans.
– Execute front office responsibilities, including welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is exceptional.
– Verify insurance details and manage patient scheduling.
– Collect patient copays and handle other financial transactions as needed.
– Perform additional duties as assigned to support the dental office operations.

Required Education:
– High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:
– Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, specifically with an Endodontist
